I have sucessfully configured my CME 4.0 to register my Linksys WIP310-G SIP phone.
The phone works well, I am able to foward to the WIP310 and pick up a parked extension. However, when any outside call call is parked, the WIP310 gets a slow busy when attempting to pickup that parked call. Any thoughts? See below for some of my config.

I'm going to pull a line from Paolo's playbook and ask that upgrade your CME to at least 4.3, preferably 7.1.

Thanks Philip,
I stand to be corrected, my version is 4.3,See below.

4.3 isn't a bad or super old version but I'd say 7.1 may be more solid. If you have the time or resources to do a bug scrub I'd check to see what is available in the later 12.4(22)T train.
