I have a little problem I'm trying to work out. I've registered CME to a voip provider using the username of the account, not a number. The problem I'm having is that incoming calls use the username in the SIP URI and not my number. Is there is a way to translate the username to a number so that CME can route the call to the phone?
Thoughts?

Hi, you should really ask ITSP to provide a called number to you. Tha is the way telephony (including voip) universally works.

You should be able to ask your provider send DNS with the SIP string which CME pick's up to your inbound dial peer or translation pattern .
