Skinny registration issue on default port 2000

Hi experts,

Facing strange issue with skinny registration in CIPC.

CME version: 8.6

Platform: Cisco 2811

I found that CIPC downloads the configuration successfully from CME but when try to open TCP socket on port 2000 for skinny registration, CME reset the port and hence CIPC can't register. Tried to change the default port but result is same.

Hi Experts,

I have used many ports in the range of 2000 - 9999 but result was same, TCP connection reset by call manager express. At the end, I tried 8999 under telephony-service for SCCP registration and it worked.

Strange why skinny not working on any other port in call manager express.
