Hi,
You say that the phones should be registering with CUCM 6.1.2.
Then the debug you are using would only be affective for SRST or CUCME when the phones become ephones.
Can we take it that the phones will NOT register with the call manager.
What message is being displayed on the phone.

On phones it displays everything as normal but without extension number, as the customer told me.

Hi,
What is the status of a phone in CUCM
Has it ever registered- you would see an IP address against it.
If it has never registerd.
What is the set up.
Has option 150 for the CUCM TFTP server been set up in the DHCP scope.
Can the registering CUCM server ping to the subnet that the phones reside
Regards
Alex

i got the following from CUCM RTMT:
08/18/2011 13:12:16.189 CCM|LineControl(76879) - registered with Duplicate DeviceName SEP001BD4609D4F, force the device to do the reregister: single device case|<:BARCLAYS-IPT-CLUSTER><:31.32.14.135><:2><:23.6.50.102><:SEP001BD4609D4F><:ERROR><:0800>
what does it mean??

Hi,
I think this ----- registered with Duplicate DeviceName SEP001BD4609D4F,
force the device to do the reregister: single device
Looks like you already have a phone on the CUCM with this MAC which aslready running.
Do a search under device-->phones for a device with this SEP001BD4609D4F as its name.
It may simply be a typo for the new phone.

Alex,
how come...it will never accept the same mac address to be entered into DB more than one time?
