SKY-IP with CUCM

Hi,

I have SKY-IP link and there is a delay on it, the phone is unable to upgrade. Is there any soulation for that? if we can adujest some value to let the phone take the upgrade.

You could have the phone use a different TFTP server for it to upgrade on, something local to the phone, and then set it back to use the CUCM. 

Or, probably a better method, is to setup and alternate TFTP server in that area local to the phone.
