SNR calls hanging on ip phone when answered by mobile on UC560

Hello everyone,

I have configured snr at a customers location to ring on his mobile and ip phone on UC 560.

He says that whenever he is recieving calls and answering the callswith his mobile the Ip phone keep ringing until the reciever is picked.

Is there any solution for this or a simple upgrade will do it.

Currently running on software pack 8.0 for uc560.

If anybody requires the solution let me tell yu about this.

I came to know about the solution i.e we will have to enter the SNR RING STOP command in the required DN.

but the problem is this command is supported only on CME8.5 and higher but the latest software pack for UC500 gives only 8.2 cme. Therefore will have to wait until the new software pack.
