Hi Experts, is there a TUI option (eg: using feature code) to update the user's mobile / remote destination number ?

As per the best of my knowledge SNR destination can be changed only from CUCM and not by TUI [FAC]. Feature access code is only supported by CME and not by CUCM.

Noticed the Mobility feature button can be used to turn-on, turn-off mobility, as well as hand-off calls between mobile and Cisco Phone. Just curious - is there any similar feature button to modify/change the mobile number ? Thanks

Hi there
You can Enable/Disable mobility from Phone using the softkey. You can also change the RDP from self care portal as well. Not as an option from TUI.
