softkey on cisco 7941

             Good morning, today I've all phones 7941g  with the softkey  "redial" that is not available.

When I press the key  the following message appears on phone display " that key is not active here.

The problem   it's born troday.

Yesterday all  worked normally

can you anyone help me?

Likely switch has rebooted, phones also, and lost memory of recall numbers.

Call any number and the key will be active again.
