softkeys template for 8821 wireless ip phone

Hi All, how can I transfer a call from wireless Ip phone 8821 to other extension ?

once I got a call and  pressed the physical button ... but transfer buttons is not appear

even I create sofkey template

I have seen a couple of cases where it required setting the reference-pooltype to 8861 or 8945 for this phone model.

You can try and let me know how it goes.

Example:

voice register pool-type  8821
 phoneload-support
 transport tcp
 num-lines 2
 description Cisco SIP Phone 8821
 reference-pooltype 8861
