Softphone Install

Running Windows 7.

I downloaded sftphn-Admin-fmr.1-3-4a.exe and installed it.

I look in the start menu -> all programs and can't find an indication that the software was installed.  I go to start -> control panel -> programs and features and can't find an indication that anything was installed.

I'm just trying to install SoftPhone.  Am I on the right track?

Do you mean Cisco IP Communicator? The legacy softphone client has ben EoL for a long time.
