Softphone issue

Hello dears,

There is a strange issue with only 2 installed softphones. They randomly go freezing and user disconnect from finesse after answer calls for 10 sec and user have to terminate it from task manager.

Is it a common issue? I believe it may be related to PCs itself. Appreciate your support.
