Software installation/Upgrade CUCM 10.5

Issue installing VOIP 7962 software, get following invalid upgrade message:

Software Installation/Upgrade

cmterm-7942_7962-sip.9-4-2SR3-1.k3.cop

Name matches a filter which indicates the name does not represent a signed file. Upgrade requires signed files.

CUCM version 10.5

Any ideas why I am receiving this message?

Hi Lacey,

I do notice that your filename is missing the .sgn (as shown below)

cmterm-7942_7962-sip.9-4-2SR3-1.k3.cop.sgn
