when I log in console I found the following warning:
Licensing Warnings:
Software Version license is missing. Call Manager Service will not start. Please upload SW Feature license file.
I didn't do any upgrade, I don't know why this happen, maybe caused by power shutdown ,
I checked the service activation, the "call manager service" is activated,
my CUCM works well now, I can dial and receive calls normally,
will anyone tell me why this happens ? will this cause my CUCM stop working ? and how do I solve this issue ?

Have you tried deleting your license and uploading it again??
Do you see the license via CLI?
