I have 2 accounts (that is, 2 phone lines) registered with my VOIP provider.
The SPA122 has 2 phone jacks. I configured one line for one account/phone number and the other line for the 2nd phone number. I set up this configuration years ago and it has been working fine, up until recently. I have caller id set up identically on both. In fact, the configuration on both lines is identical except of course for the account number at the VOIP provider.
Recently, I noticed that one of the phone lines is placing outgoing calls as Anonymous. The second line is fine. I looked at my call logs and found that this started happening a few months ago.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

I don’t have much experience with this model, but I suspect this might be the issue.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I cannot read the picture. It is too small, and just becomes fuzzy when I increase its size. Perhaps you could send me the link to where you copied this from?

That fixed it! Thank you. I changed the parameter on both lines to "No". There is still a bit of mystery though - the parameter was "Yes" on both lines. However, on only one line did calls go out as anonymous.
