SPA8000 - Outgoing Audio Drop out

Hoping some one can help me.

I have recently installed a SPA8000.  It has been connected to our PABX so that we can dial a number eg 80 to pick up one of the free lines on the ATA (there are 4).

Audio quality is fine but around the 5minute mark the external person on the phone call will experience a period of about 2-3seconds of no audio from our end.

We are using the g729a codec, RTP Packet Size 0.020.

VOIP Provider is Mynetfone

The ATA is not behind a firewall and there is no NAT traversal.

I have pinged our sip proxy while there has been an ongoing call and the results do not illustrate any reason why there would be a dropout.

All repsonse times fall well below 100ms, 99% of the time it will hover around 10-20ms.
