Error messages from scheduled backups on CUCM7 and CUC7, despite succesful backups.

We have a daily backup set up for our CUCM and a weekly backup set up for CUC.

Both of these systems regularly report an error when viewing the history page of the Disaster Recovery System.

When viewing the current status, however, each individual backup shows "Success" in the result column.

Each individual log file also shows a successful backup.

When I manually run the same backup job, the history page reports a successful result.
I've found no way to find out why the History page reports the backups as having errors.

CUCM 7.1.2.20000-2
CUC 7.1.2.21900-5

Any ideas on where to look or possible causes?

Hi Grant,

Here is a similar thread;

Cheers!

Thanks Rob,

I realized that I forgot to include an important detail in my post.
I am utilizing a secure FTP server as the backup target.

I'm running the current version of GlobalScape's EFT server with the SSH module on a Windows 2003 server.
The program controls access rights to its folders through its service security rights.

Note that, in the thread you refer to, the system is using a network folder as a repository.

Odd that both methods have the same problem

I also note that no one has posted a solution to his situation either.
