Hi,
Does anyone know where I can order spare parts for Cisco CP-6941 phones?
What I am looking for is a plastic tab that holds the handset. Unfortunately I was unable to locate the part number.
Thank you

Hi There,
There were no part numbers I could find for the 69XX phones related to spare handset hooks (wouldn't matter much anyways because the 69XX has been end of sale since July 2014).
However, there is a part number listed on the 78XX datasheet for spare hooks, they come in packs of 20.

● Spare Handset Hook for Cisco IP Phone 7800 Series, 20 Pieces

The diagram used in the 69XX guide and the 78XX guide to demonstrate the procedure for rotating the handset hook is exactly the same which could indicate that they are the same part (or that the people who wrote the admin guide were lazy with their diagrams).
I think I have a 78XX and a 69XX around somewhere I can test with tomorrow. I will let you know if they are interchangeable.
Unless someone else can beat me to it?

I would reach out a used telephone refurbisher. I just did a search and came up with many suppliers. I've worked with a few over the years and when I visited a couple it was clear they have lots and lots of parts squirreled away - like pack rats some times. I'm betting you could find what you need without too much trouble or cost.
Search on used Cisco phones and go from there.

I pulled the clips from a 78XX and 69XX today and unfortunately they are not compatible (see image below).
As mentioned on my previous post there is no part number available for spare 69XX handset hooks (at least that I could find).
Given that the 69XX series has been EoS for quite some time, your only potential option would be taking the part from broken phones. Or if you are really crafty you could always design your own and have it 3d printed ;)
