Speed Dial blank for external numbers

We are using CIPC 2.1.2.0 with Call Manager 6.0.1.2119-1. Using extension mobilty and configured speed dials. Internal numbers work but external numbers are blank when the speed dial button is clicked on.

The phone button template is the standard IPC SCCP and the buttons are designated for speed dial. The number can be dialed ordinarily.

External number speed dial do not also work on

the hard phones.

Workaround: For issue #2 (See Note below)

Issue #2 - Exiting Phone with existing Speed Dial BLF

1. Move the existing Speed Dial BLF to the "Unassigned Associated Items" list, save and close the popup.

2. Select the Speed Dial BLF link on the "Phone Configuration" page to modify it.

3. Move the Speed Dial BLF from the "Unassigned Associated Items" to "Associated Items", save and close the popup.

Note: If BLF Speed Dial is added in the "Destination" field instead of selecting Directory Number from "Directory Number" drop-down list on BLF Speed Dial page, after it is saved, this filed changes to "blank" which is incorrect (a new error). But this field was added. To add this destination, please follow above steps for the workaround to a destination value to BLF Speed Dial field.
