speed dial for 7821 on CME

Dear,

I have phone 7821 registered with CME . I configured speed dial

when I press number 1 then speed dial button the call will pass.

and when I press 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 then speed dial button the call will not pass , WHY ? and what is the solution ?

Looks the call is failing because of wrong dialed number.
