Speed up IP phone startup (disable "configuring VLAN")

Hi to all,

How can I disable the "configuring VLAN" on Cisco IP Phone (I've a cisco switch and there's not a VOICE VLAN ... the pc and the IP phone are in the same VLAN)?

Which command is avalable on the Cisco switch to speed up the connection of the IP Phone?

No commands are available and you cannot speed up the boot process.
