Hello i have this scenario,
I have an remote site with an SRST Router and some IP Phones, registering in CUCM.
All inbound call are redirect to an IVR in IPCC (DN Trigger in Route Point is 5800).
How can i configure in SRST to redirect this calls (5800) to an recepcionist when the WAN link go down?

I think the only way to do this would be to route it through a POTS link if any to the main site and then follow the same flow there.
