We have one branch office where we were given SIP phones (3905 & 7821) and 2951 router in which I am trying to configure SRST. I made my MPLS link down to check the fail over of the phones to SRST mode, but it is not working.
Is there any difference between SCCP phone to fall back to SRST and SIP phone to fall back to SRST mode? If so, Can some one share the sample configuration?
Yes, you need SIP SRST for SIP phones, the SRST configuration guide covers both, SCCP and SIP SRST, I'd recommend you to review it as the very first step.
