Hello,
My understanding is that the voice gateway learns of phone button configuration from CUCM.
I have been digging trying to determine if it is possible to have the phone use an alternate phone button configuration upon registering with the VG.
Any input appreciated.
Thanks,
Eddie

You would need to use CME-as-SRST to pre-configure how you want the phones to look like when they fallback.

Hello Jamie,
Would E-SRST with SRST Manager accomplish the same? Data Sheet states: "For Cisco Unified E-SRST deployments, the branch office is configured in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express-as-SRST mode on a Cisco Integrated Services Router (ISR). Cisco Unified E-SRST provisions the branch-office site using the Cisco Unified SRST Manager with information such as phone users, MAC addresses, and advanced telephony features configured on Cisco Unified Communications Manager or Cisco Business Edition."

Appreciate your input.
