We're using CUCM and an H.323 voice gateway at a client site. The gateway is configured for SRST. During normal operation, a call coming into the main number goes to the gateway, the gateway is set to only allow 4 significant digits, and those digits eventually go to a Unity call handler which acts as the attendant for the company. That all works the way it's intended to work.
Additionally, however, the client would like things to be different during SRST. When the router falls back the client would like calls coming in on the main number to be directed to the receptionist's phone.
What magic needs to be done to accomplish that?

The "alias" command is here for that.
alias 1 1... to 9101

You can set up a translation Pattern such as
rule 1 /2.../ /1234/
and apply it to the dial-peer voice xx pots which is for your SRST incoming calls so tha any call to 2xxx is translated to 1234- Receptiont

That seems to be the answer since we only want this to go into effect when we're doing SRST. Thanks!
