Good morning,
Having issues after upgrading to CUCM 10x with SRST phone registration. Phones are down. Any suggestions as to what to look for?

You might want to check the software version of the CUCM 10x with the pstn gateway SRST software version....for compatibility / interoperability ?

Hi,
So your remote phones can't reach CUCM and SRST isn't taking over? If yes, please share the config from your SRST gateway. Are they SIP or SCCP phones?
Also, did the phones registered at least once with CUCM while SRST gateway is configured in device pool. If not then phones won't know SRST IP. They need to register at least once with CUCM to get SRST gateway IP

Hi Orlando,
If the srst config wasn't changed on cucm then you should post the running config from the srst router along with the packet capture while the phone is trying to register in srst. Do mention the srst and phone firmware version.
