Hello, i'll try to describe the situation,
whe have the central site with CUCM 6.0 as a publisher and with UCCX 7.0, and have the remote site with CUCM 6.0, subscriber (these two CUCM 6.0 are in the cluster), if no problems with WAN connection between these two sites, everything is OK, remote site use IVR from central site, but if we have WAN failure, what can we do?
we have h323 gateways, not mgcp, what can we do? we want that remote site could phone to the central site and working IVR,
can we do SRST with h323 gateways?
thank you

i have another idea, WAN link failure, incomming calls go to the remote gateway, than via OSTN to the central site gateway and then to the CUCM, is it possible?
and how to implement it?
