stcapp supplimentary-service missing from config

I have 2 VG224s at 2 different sites configured as SCCP gateways, but only one of them has the stcapp supplimentary-service sections with all the fallback-dns listed.  They are running different versions of IOS:

fallback-dn  - System image file is "slot0:vg224-i6s-mz.151-2.T4.bin"

no fallback-dn - System image file is "slot0:vg224-i6s-mz.124-22.T5.bin"

So here's the questions I have:

• Do I need this in the config (stcapp supplimentary-service & fallback-dn)
• How do I get this to show up (config on the router or in the CUCM)
• Could this be because of the version of firmware on the VG?

If you need the supplementary services, update.

If you don't and every is working good, do not update.

So the supplementary-service is not a feature of the 12.x version?
