Strange issue with CTRS

Hi,

we have setup CTRS the CTRS sit in a DC and we have two CTSs one is 3010 and the other one CTS 500 in one building and they use same Vlan trunked for two L2 switches

TP meetings using those CTSs perfect

playback of Recorded media using the CTS 3010 very good

however when we use the CTS 500 it shows pixlization and two bars of the bandwidth bars on the screen ( while this issue not happening woth normal TP meeting) and again this end point uses same path that the 3010 uses and as i mentioned the CTS 3010 has no issue

even if Record using the 500 and play it back same issue

not sure how to troubleshoot this one, i am sure it is not network bandwidth issue, why it happens with this end point!! is there is possibility a CTS iisue and how to prove it

Hi,

Although you mentioned that you do not believe it is a network bandwith issue causing your problem, at first glance that is what it sounds like. You should start by looking at the call statistics on the 500 to determine the cause of the pixallization. I'd recommend opening a Cisco TAC service request and having a TAC engineer to troubleshoot the network.
