Hi,
I get the following error message as I try to install a cucm subscriber
"The installation has encountered a unrecoverable internal error. For further assistance report the following information to your support provider.
Read error on file /mnt/source/Cisco/serviceability_callmanager/RPMS/cm-rtmt-servlet-0.0.0.1-0.i386.rpm: Input/output error
The system will now halt.
Internal error . ks_post_nochroot.sh is exiting with result 1"
Note: There was version 7.1.3 installed on this previously and i am trying to overwrite this with 8.6.2 20000-2 fresh install

Did you find a solution for that, I have the same issue but with a publisher.

Have you tried running the recovery disk with option "c" to clear the drives?
