Hi,
This is a follow on from the sip ringing out issue.

Topology below:
CUCM -- SIP Trunk -- CUBE -- SIP Trunk -- ITSP
Basically when a call is put on hold/transferred i see the invite being received from the CUCM with audio inactive.
CUBE then send this on to the ITSP and receives an ok from the ITSP.
CUBE the sends an ACK to the ITSP but then after this sends a bye message to tear down the call.
Ive attached the debug from the point of hold.
Below is how voice service voip is currently configured:
