Supervise Transfer not working properly in Unity Connection 8.5
I have configured an call handler with supervise transfer.When the user is busy then call go to that handler and play the prompt and when caller is free it is landing on his desk that is working fine. But my issue is when call is redirected to user unsing supervise transfer and user don't pick it up it agian goes to handler but it never land back to the user extension.
