Customer is currently on 11.5 SU5 (I know , they are planning the upgrade to 14 later this year )
They want to get a couple of CP840 phone, but the Data Sheet indicates that it is supported in SU8.
Can we just add the device pack to 11.5 SU5 or do they need to do the upgrade from SU5 to SU8 first?
