Hi. Is there support for audio formats other than wav in Unity Connection 9.1.1 Unified Messaging? I didn't find much on the topic, so I'm guessing support isn't there.
Thanks,
Jason

No, you don't get to choose the format for that one.
For the actual recordings that are stored in the server, you can choose the codec.

The audio file delivered via email. By default it is a wav file. I've been asked if the voice message attached to the email can be in other formats, like mp3.
