SX10 and UHD

Hello all,

Has anyone experienced any sound issues with a SX10 and a UHD 4K TV.

We have several remote offices were we use SX10, SX20 and SX80's depending on the conference room size.

We recently had two remote office buy a UHD 4K TV over the holidays. One with an SX10 and the other with a SX20.

The UHD TV connected to the SX20 works fine, audio and video.

The UHD TV connected to the SX10 has audio issues. The video to and from works fine, and even audio coming TX from the side with the UHD TV is clear. It is the RX audio signal that is not being recognized on the UHD side.

Does anyone have any ideals, I am all ears?

This is one of the reasons we started using NEC Displays, instead of the consumer smart TVs.

Extra information:

TV Brand: Samsung

TV Model: un60ku6300f

We have found the issue. Also I left out some additional information above. The article below will explain the fix. In a nut shell, because we are on a later version of TMS we have to downgrade the endpoints so TMS can see/interact with the endpoints. When you downgrade the SX10's you have to update settings that are not visible. Here is an article that explains it all.
