Hi,
I'm trying to find out how to set an SX10 to automatically reboot daily, or set a maximum call duration timer. Does anyone know if this is possible?
Thank you!

There is no setting on the device itself to be able to do this.
You would need to use some external device (eg a PC) and schedule that to run a script to connect to the endpoint and reboot it.

There is no option to set a max call duration on any Cisco endpoints, unlike there was on the older TANDBERG MXP endpoints.
If you use TMS, you can create a configuration template and set it to reboot endpoints on a daily or weekly schedule.

Hi
share the version of firmware and give more detail about reboot?
Can be a bug!!!.
Best regards,
Daniel
