Synchronising contacts with Nokia or Blackberry

Hi, I have a customer who synchronize their outlook with their Nokia and Blackberry phones. The problem is though that the number format in contacts imported from Nokia or Blackberry is different from the normal microsoft outlook format, meaning that the Cisco TSP does not understand the number format. Is there any tweeking that can be made or will the customer have to manually change the number format on imported contacts?

The format of the dialled number offered to the TSP by the application should be conform with the strings supported by CCM.
