Hello!
We have telephony server based on asterisk Active Directory domain. All ip phones are cisco and lynksys.
How I can create one phonebook for all ip phones and syncronize it with user name updates using asterisk or AD services?

Cisco Phones use XML-Services via http/https.
You could develop an application to provide an directory.
Find some information here:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cuipph/all_models/xsi/8_0_1/xmlobjects.html
You can also search for cisco xml phone service to find some examples.

Does cisco have any software for ip phones management?
Can ip phones get address book from AD?

The management software is called Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
CUCM can import Users from LDAP and provide them to the phones as the XML-Service I metioned above.
The IP phones only support XML-Services.

???
The phones don't have a local addressbook, they access an XML-Service via HTTP/HTTPS.
You provide the URL within the phone config file (SEPXXXXXXXXXXXX.cnf.xml).
If you use google...
you would find something lilke this with videos and examples:

Hi,
If you are not sure with the settings mentioned above, try to search for third party app.
Good example could be 2Ring's PHONE SERVICES: http://www.2ring.com/newjuice
There are really powerfull posibilities in directories and moreover FREE edition available and more and more.
Just take a look.
