We are connecting to a site in Guatemala and trying to use network dialing over our routers. We have a T-1 on a 2821 router and a E-1 connection on a 2821 router in Guatemala. We can call the destination and hear them but they do not hear us. Is this a configuration issue at the Guatemala end? The remote router connects to Panasonic IP PBX's.
Hi, Can you indicate if you are suing FW/ NAT, etc, are you trunking with SIP or H.323. I understand that you connected the the Panasonic with E1 and not IP.
