Take a number xml application??

Has anyone ever seen or heard of an xml application on the cisco ip phones that allow you to control a take a number system.

I have a customer that has a take a number system in their lobby, but to move to the next number it requires a remote control. Thy are wondering if there is an application out there that can trigger this event from the IP phone.

The restriction is not on the phone but on your Take-a-Number system.  Does the documentation reference any external access?  e.g., http get or post?
