Tandem CDR Question

I have a simple question regarding Tandem Calls, and I have probably over looked the answer. When looking at Traffic Summary, I understand that Tandem calls are one that came in on one gateway and left via another gateway. My questions is are both legs counted in the count? As an example, a call comes in and is forwarded back out, does that count as one Tandem call or are the inbound and outbound each counted?

Hi Doug,

I believe each Tandem call should be counted as 1 in the Traffic Summary. It's a single record

with gateway 1 as the Orig. and gateway 2 as the Dest.
