TAPS don't Work

Hello,

i have a newly installed CUCM in Version 8.6.2.22900-9 with an UCCX in Version 8.5.1.11003-32.

I Downloaded TAPS.aar from the Plugin-Page of the CUCM and installed it to the UCCX AAR-Management. Then i restarted the UCCX an all locked fine. When i call the TAPS Trigger-Number, i get an error Message from the UCCX. I tried to Debbug the TAPS-Script, but no call where delivered to the Script so the debuging didn't work.

Have anyone TAPs working with this Verions?

Hi Benjamin,

Can u please mention the error message what you are getting?

I hope you have given the proper CCG )i.e.CTI ports are in registered in CUCM) to this TAPS Route point, and the Route Point and CTI ports have been assigned with proper CSS\Partition...etc.

Can you please try refreshing the TAPS application from the UCCX admin->Application management page once and try again.

Do you have any other locales installed for this CUCM? And i also assume that you are using the same language locale's for this TAPS.

Hi Anand,

the Error Message is from the UCCX, it is the standard error Message "We are sorry, we have system problems". In the TAPS log i see, that there where no call.

The CCG, CTI Ports and so on are all correct. I made another Script with only an Play Prompt step, activated the Script in the TAPS Application and called the TAPS Trigger, then UCCX played me the File. I also tried to use one off the Wave-Files from the TAPs installation and it worked too. So i think Application, Trigger and CTI-Ports are okay :-)

I restartet the TAPS Application many times. I also changed the Script and hat to reload the Application.

On the CUCM i have installed the German Locale. Under Bulk-Administration TAPS, i changed the Locale to German, English and both at the same time and tried to call the TAPS, but it also didn't worked.

Every time i get the Error-Message from the UCCX
