Telefonos CP6921 con Asterisk

Buenas tardes.

Tengo varios telefonos Cisco Cp 6921 conectados a una central Asterisk y Elastix, el siguiente error que tengo es que cuando llamo de un telefono a otro no, sale que llama: Anonymus y no la persona que asociada a esa extension.

Es una configuracion adicional al telefono que hay que hacer o es algo directamente relacionado con el Elastix?

Version de Elastix 4.0.0

Carga activa: 9.3.3.2

I have several Cisco Cp 6921 phones connected to a central Asterisk and Elastix, the next error I have is that when I call from one phone to another, it does not call: Anonymus and not the person associated with that extension.

Is it an additional configuration to the phone that needs to be done or is it directly related to the Elastix?

I presume the extensions has been created, so the next culprit is the dialplan.xml file.

Use "tcpdump".  

Also, check under "Status" of the phone if there are any error messages.

When you created the dialplan.xml did you reboot the phones?

So exactly, what is wrong?  Kindly elaborate. 

What happens when you call one internal phone to another?  Voice OK?  Not OK?

When I make a call between phones Cisco does not say who calls, it leaves anonymously

Check your Extensions settings.  What is set under "Display Name"?
