TelePresence SX 20 SIP Status: Failed: Failed to send

Good day!

I have a production system Cisco VCS(7.2.2), TMS(14.2.1+TMSPE1.1), MCU 4215 and 270 Jaber Video clients.

Some time ago I bought a SX20(TCNC 6.0.0) and now I'm trying to register it in a VCS using a local VCS user base and TMS user base that is synchronized with the AD. And every time the SX20 is not registered with the error "SIP Status: Failed: Failed to send".

Ask for help from a respected community to solve this problem.
