I have a couple of phones in my reserves at my company that won't seem to take a firmware update after being reset. They maintain their previously programmed screen and extention number but won't accept any new input even after everything has been properly set up on CUCM.
We run Cisco 7962G IP Phones and have CUCM v. 7.1.3. Could anyone out there give me some insight or a walkthrough on how to correct this issue?
