Good morning, I have a problem on cisco CP-6851-3PW-CE-K9, when I get an external call (lost, received, rejected) does not give me the opportunity to call back the number. If the same number is typed (without +39 in front) there are no problems.
Is there a possibility to delete +39 from incoming calls or a way to solve the problem?
Thank you so much in advance

You have to check the dial-plan of your PBX
If you cannot dial a pattern, then you need to add that pattern in your PBX. This is nothing, which should be corrected on the phone.

There is nothing you can do on the phone. what number can be dialed, this is defined on the PBX/Call control platform. You must check your Dial Plan. You must be able to remove the +39 by discarding those digits and how to configure depends on your PBX/call control which you use.
Can you let us know what device you use for call control. Based on that info we can guide you how to do that if its a Cisco call control platform.

The +39 has already been removed from the switchboard and with the other phones (not cisco) it works without problems. Do you have any idea what it could be?
