Hi I'm new working with CCM and need some help about this matter.
In our office we had a Nortel Meridian 1 that was changed for CCM. All the CCM users use FAC in order to make external call, only the CEO can made external calls without entering his FAC code on his ip phone, and it's working fine. so far so good. Now the CEO is wondering if there's a way that he could block all the external call from his ip phone when he is out the office. I know that this feature exists on Nortel/Avaya/Alcatel-Lucent and other PBX, but I could not find any refererence in cisco for it.
Any Ideas???
Regards,
Luis

Unfortunately we do not offer any way to lock the phones, this would need to be achieved via a 3rd party.
The only solution you could have within CUCM is to implement EM on his phone so only when he's logged in calls can go thru.
