Dear Netpro gurus,
My client wants to do call recording on their CIsco IP Phones (not for IPCC users, just normal users on CUCM 7.1). Got a question from the client asking regardless of which 3rd party solution they use out there, do they all need to SPAN ports?
Or is there any other intelligent method as my client would prefer not needing to SPAN ports on their LAN switching infrastructure.
Would be greatly appreciated if anyone can shed some light on this.
Cheers,
Hunt

Zoom Callrec can do this using SPANless media forking on supported phones.
Check on their website.

Voice Print (VPI) does both ways, Spanless with a SIP(?) trunk if I can remember. Give them a call worked with them for 911 Dispatch.
