Third party phone - Huawei 7950 extension mobility issue

I have a third party huawei phone 7950 which i need to integrate with CUCM, need help with extension  mobility not working . 

Any one can help ?

Extension Mobility is a very specific feature from Cisco. So would not be surprised if it doesn't work with non-Cisco phones

Thank you . Also in your knowledge , is there any third party phone integrated with CUCM having the extension mobility successfully.

Does extension mobility work on properly on other Cisco phones? Make sure of that first.

The Huawei IP phone needs support XML applications, but yet again, interoperability with CUCM is not guaranteed.

If you run a report for EM compatible phones, you'll see ONLY Cisco IP Phones are listed, plus, there's no Enable EM checkbox in the 3rd party device configuration page.
