I am having a issue when adding a GrandSteam WIFI cordless phone. I am able to register the device and talk fine when calling another Grandstream Phone or Analog phone. my issue is when talking with an Cisco IP phone "all internally" i get one way audio. this is the only issue. i can make outside calls just fine. I have attached some logs i was able to retrieve.

I notice a port issue when viewing the logs. The default port for the grandstream phone is 5060

The security profile also has port 5060.

any assistance on this would be great.

Thank you.

One-way voice is usually an indicator that NAT is enabled and configured incorrectly.

Hi,

Check for SIP inspection if you have a firewall in between?

Check the routing between the endpoint IP addresses in both directions?

Are you having issues with both inbound and outbound calls to the Cisco IP phone? which party is unable to hear the voice?

The CIsco IP Phone can not hear the Grandstream Sip Phone. but works fine with everything else.  outside calls, internal calls to analogs phones, and to another grandstream sip phone. only issue is between the Cisco IP phone and Grandstream Sip Phone.

the attached are the following

the issue is only when talking to an Cisco 7811 one way audio

it works fine when talking to a cisco 6901 "internal" , analog phone "Internal" and outside call's.

when calling a Cisco 7811, The cisco 7811 can not hear me talking but i can hear them fine.

it is working perfect on all other phones.
