Cisco CME FXO port no ringback tone in UK

Hi all,

I have C2911 configured with VIC2-2FXO. All is working fine apart from on outbound calls, there is no ringback tone indicating the called partys line is ringing. I am in the UK with Sky's new IP Calling service where there is an FXS port on the back of the modem, the actual phone lines in this area are only for internet supplied by VDSL2. I have tried many progress_ind settings on the voice-port and other settings, cptone GB is configured, voice-port and dial-peer configs are attatched.
